Quick Pay

Use the online payment system to process your payment immediately. You will be asked to enter your account number, which can be found on your bill

Mail Check

Include payment stub on bill and make check payable to ”LADMC.” Your payment will process within 2-4 weeks. Send to:

Help Paying Your Bill

We provide financial assistance to eligible patients. We also offer our patients a variety of options to meet their financial needs, even if they do not qualify for assistance.
